Welcome! Whether you are returning to therapy or seeking it out for the first time, taking this step is brave and worth celebrating. My hope as your counselor is to facilitate a space where you feel safe, seen, and secure. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship to support clients in moving towards their desired goals. I knew I wanted to be a therapist after having my own experience in therapy and since then I have dedicated my life and career to helping others in the same way that that therapist helped me.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but also use Person-Centered, and Strength-Based approaches. I have experience working with clients from all walks of life, with aging ranging from 6-52. I have experience working within LPS schools, as well as various inpatient outpatient settings.
Healing isn't linear and growth can look different every day. I am here to meet you where you are at and to walk alongside you no matter what your struggles look like or what fears you have coming into this journey.
