Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker who provides a safe and empathetic, therapeutic environment for anyone looking to make change and feel more empowered in their life. We will work on validation and acceptance of daily difficulties such as loss, work related issues, interpersonal concerns and relationship/family stress.
I will work with you to develop goals that positively impact your life and emotional well being. These goals can include ways to manage depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, mood disorders and adjustment disorders. I offer ways to process difficult thoughts and feelings while providing education of skills for symptom management.
