—I am taking new clients— I love working with clients who are ready to address coping patterns in their life and how this prevents them from living courageously. As a holistic therapist, I will journey alongside you as we uncover the negative patterns and interaction cycles that have been holding you back from living as the most authentic version of yourself or that have been impacting your relationship. We will address how past wounds/trauma have created protective patterns that impact your wellbeing. By taking this first step of seeking change, you are on your journey of creating more lightness and fulfillment in your life.
Through an attachment lens, we will uncover the source of your low self-worth and negative beliefs. By addressing the needs of your inner child, we will create a strong sense of congruence to help you live and communicate authentically. With couples, I use this same process to help instill more empathy in the relationship. I also offer EMDR in this process.
I like to create a safe space for my clients that is free of judgment. I want to get to l know you as a unique individual who’s experience is truly one of a kind. I enjoy bringing humor and creativity into my sessions. I love to work with individuals, adolescents, and couples. Therapy is a collaborative process and I am here for all of it!
