I specialize in depression, anxiety, self-image, self esteem, trauma, and eating disorders, and the distress that comes with the human experience. My formal training lies in Family Systems and Attachment, CBT, DBT, and EMDR, and I am grounded primarily in existentialism, depth psychology, mindfulness, and IFS.
My goal is to help you move forward, authentically. To help you find a new light or restore the light you've lost. I will listen, help organize the thoughts that plague you, provide genuine support and encouragement, and challenge you to utilize the strengths and courage you already have in order to heal.
