My goal as a therapist is to promote personal growth within the individuals I work with. I am a big believer in developing coping strategies to help us manage life stressors. Therefore, I will provide a great deal of education on different coping skills to help you make changes and move forward on your journey.

I have experience working with adults with a variety of mental health diagnoses. However, I specialize in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and Borderline Personality Disorder. While I do pull from different treatment modalities, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is the modality I use most often. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
I want to support and guide you on your journey to become your most authentic self. We can identify goals together and create a plan that is specific to your needs. I believe in meeting people “where they are” and working on things at a pace you are comfortable with. I hope to hear from you!
