Are you spending so much energy caring for others — at work, at home, in community — that you struggle to make space for your own needs? I warmly welcome clients of all identities, and often work with women, LGBTQIA+, trans, and neurodivergent folks. Whatever brings you to therapy — anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, grief, or existential questions — we can meet it with compassion. Your whole self is welcome here.
My goal is to create a non-judgmental space where you can discover new strengths, practice coping skills, heal, and build resilience. My work is strengths-based, trauma-informed, feminist & inclusive, and proudly LGBTQ+ affirming. Depending on your needs, we can draw on a variety of tools, from somatics to Jungian dream work to CBT.
These are difficult times. If you feel overwhelmed, angry, or frozen, that is valid. Connection is an antidote: Therapy can help you connect to your authentic self, which allows you to connect more deeply with others, and to be in community. We can't show up for others if we don't show up for ourselves — therapy is a powerful way to do that.
