I seek to offer support and encouragement to people like you, coming alongside others on their journey to help them find meaning and hope. In our work together, I create a space built on trust and respect. I see each client as the expert in their own journey and listen deeply to understand and validate your unique story and experiences. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and past trauma. By using a psychodynamic lens, we'll explore how your history and early relationships may be impacting your daily life. The goal is to help you gain greater emotional control and discover a renewed sense of purpose and fulfillment.
My approach is built on compassion, warmth, and open communication. I believe therapy is most effective when it is client-driven, and my role is to listen attentively, ask clarifying questions, and validate your experiences without judgment.
