About
We all deserve to be heard and understood. Feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, or grief can be overwhelming and interfere with your mental health, personal relationships, and daily functions. My goal as a therapist is to cultivate an environment in which you feel safe, heard, and supported.
I specialize in familial and relational conflict, cultural gaps, generational trauma, perfectionism, and other issues related to Asian American identities. By providing client-centered, culturally responsive, trauma-informed psychotherapy, I will nurture a deeper understanding of self and how to harness personal strengths for growth and healing.
Therapy requires time and relationship building, so I will meet you at your comfort level. We will collaborate on identifying goals and how to overcome challenges. Whether you are a child, adolescent, or adult, I am grateful for the opportunity to support you through your journey of discovery and change.
