I'm so glad you're here. Think of me as a supportive collaborator on your therapeutic journey. As a queer therapist trained in affirmative therapy, it's my goal to understand your life through the context of your unique, intersecting identities. I work a lot with folks navigating relationships, life transitions, identity, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and OCD. Beyond a diagnosis, I work to help my clients move toward a sense of deeper self-understanding and acceptance. For couples/relationship work, it's my goal to help you navigate conflict with curiosity and respect.
Therapy with me is collaborative and affirming. I’m a strong believer that you have to be free to be yourself in order to know yourself, so I welcome all facets of your personality into the therapy room. I utilize psychodynamic exploration, internal family systems, and a social justice lens to help navigate our sessions, but you’re in the driver’s seat.
Finding the right therapist can feel like a full-time job—I’m here to help! I currently have limited availability, but can also connect you with another therapist at our practice. Email me to schedule a free, 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit and if schedules align.
