I am a playful and warm-hearted therapist. I value showing up in a real way in life and in therapy. I want you to be able to communicate honestly with me in a way that feels true to who you are. I will be honest and direct with you, while being kind and supportive. You're welcome to laugh, cry, or think aloud with me. I value humor and deep relationships. I will be engaged with you when we meet, more than I will be just a passive listener. I'm a therapist with tattoos, I cuss, and I love sharing memes with my clients. I am a mixed race queer woman, and I am especially passionate about supporting queer and trans people and couples.
Some examples of topics I help with are: self-esteem, gender identity, sex and sexuality, religious trauma, communication and boundaries, self discovery, grief and loss of all kinds, divorce, ENM, infidelity, infertility, body image, pre-marital, stress, and healthy relationships and of course all types of anxiety, depression and mood concerns.
I will tailor your therapeutic experience to YOU. I will honor how you feel about being in therapy, and the pace at which you wish to do this work. I will take the time to get to know you and your needs. Being a therapist is an art in this way. 1st session is free so you feel comfortable moving forward with me as your person. I look forward to meeting you!
