About

I am a playful and warm-hearted therapist. I value showing up in a real way. I will be myself in session so you can too! I will be honest and direct with you, while being kind and supportive. You're welcome to laugh, cry, or think aloud with me. I truly want to help you grow. I am a mixed race queer woman, and I am especially passionate about supporting queer and trans people and couples. If you are new to therapy, I will guide you through that process and take things at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
Some examples of struggles I help with are: anxiety, self-esteem, struggles with family dynamics (past and present), communication and boundaries, sex and sexuality, self discovery, and healthy platonic, romantic and/or sexual relationships.
I use a person-centered framework. This means I tailor the therapeutic experience to YOU. I will honor how you feel about being in therapy, and the pace at which you wish to do this work.
