I am a Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Cura Integrative Health and use an integrative approach that combines depth work with interpersonal neurobiology. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional practice all therapy through a trauma-informed lens. My work is also informed by the latest research on the impacts of trauma and chronic stress.

Cura Integrative Health combines psychotherapy and neuroscience. We offer psychotherapy, biofeedback, neurofeedback, and other services to help our patients navigate and heal from the impacts of chronic stress and developmental trauma.
