Hi All! I am a passionate and empathetic licensed therapist with over 10 years of counseling experience for children, teenagers, adults and families. Being open and vulnerable is a huge step into your healing journey and I love being a guide to help.I help my clients with a variety of challenges such as generalized anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, depression, self-injurious behaviors, gender identity, trauma, anger, self- esteem, grief & loss, life stressors, family and relationship issues including family of origin/generational trauma issues, life changes, pre/post partum mental health issues and eating disorders. I am a LGBTQIA ally.
I love working with teenagers and adults. I specialize in men's mental health issues, attachment and relational trauma, Anxiety and Depression issues, and perinatal mental health. I have advanced training in CBT for anxiety and depression, ERP for OCD, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Trauma Focused-CBT for trauma, as well as DBT, and EFFT for family work.
Through active listening, support, education, and processing, I will help you heal, grow and regain your excitement for life! I provide empathy in a safe, non-judgmental and warm space to explore and make changes. I graduated from Arizona State University with both a Bachelor's degree and Master degree in Social Work.
