My role is to help you listen and notice what's actually true for you beneath the noise. You may be deconstructing beliefs, untangling from harmful relationships, or learning how to manage ADHD. Often, the body knows this before there are words. My work begins there.
I am EMDR-certified and work with clients who are learning how to process religious trauma & relational harm. I am also skilled in working with adults with ADHD, particularly around pacing & nervous system overwhelm. Our work is collaborative & body-aware, focused on processing experiences & loosening survival strategies that are no longer serving you.
I work best with clients who are willing to slow down and try something different. We move with care as you grieve what harmed you and rebuild trust in yourself. Many clients notice less overwhelm, more emotional flexibility, and a growing sense of agency in daily life.
