I take a client-centered and strength-based approach to treatment. I utilize various therapeutic interventions based on the individual client’s needs and interests. This includes cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, play, art, music, and writing.
I'm a native of the Pittsburgh Area. I enjoy traveling to new places, photography, design, and cooking. I especially enjoy spending quality time with my friends, family, and cat Jupiter.
