Sometimes facing obstacles in our life makes us feel as though we just want to give up. My primary focus is working with adults that are experiencing trauma, PTSD, communication barriers, infidelity, reconciliation, divorce, addictions, grief, depression, anxiety, and finding purpose in life. Also working with military service members, their families, and veterans, or similar careers that include time away from the home and reintegration.
With a person-centered, non-judgmental, compassionate, caring, and solution focused style, the areas you want to address within therapy are the priority. Spiritual and Christian components of therapy can be included as requested by each individual due to my strong Biblical background. Through the counseling process joy can be found.
