Taking the first step toward therapy or evaluation can feel daunting, but finding the right fit is key. I provide a warm, welcoming space where children, teens, young adults (up to age 26), and families feel supported and respected. I focus on building strong relationships, meeting clients where they are, and helping them feel understood and empowered while navigating challenges like anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, or family stress.
In therapy, I draw on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating DBT, ACT, Parent Management Training, and Trauma-Focused CBT as needed. I also provide comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations to clarify diagnoses, identify strengths, and guide effective support plans.
Whether through therapy or evaluation, the focus is on gaining clarity, building skills, and creating meaningful change. I support clients and families in moving forward with greater confidence. If you’re considering support, I’d be glad to connect and answer any questions about your needs.
