Hi, I'm Rachel, a Licensed Professional Counselor working with a diverse range of clients with varying needs and goals. I understand that making meaningful changes in one's life can be a difficult process, and I patiently support clients as they heal and grow. I am accepting new clients in-person and virtually at Pepper Brown & Associates in Springfield, IL.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, self esteem, grief and more. I am now offering EMDR therapy to in-person clients. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) is a research-based approach to treating a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety and trauma.
Empathy and warmth are personal values embraced in my therapeutic work. You can expect a relationship that encourages self-compassion and allows you to feel heard and valued. Taking the first step toward counseling is courageous. I invite you to connect with me to find out how we create a collaborative approach toward your goals.
