I help individuals move from sexual and spiritual fragmentation to embodied pleasure and soul-aligned wholeness by guiding you through parts integration, somatic practices, and the inner hero's journey and return. Your body holds the wisdom for your deepest thriving!
Many of my clients come from religious or relational backgrounds that taught them to mistrust their own deep knowing. I combine trauma-informed clinical training with intuitive and somatic practices. I support those healing from religious conditioning, sexual disconnection, and relational trauma to feel at home in their bodies and alive to their pleasure.
Our work is collaborative, consent-centered, and paced to your nervous system. We will create a space together where you feel safe to release old patterns, awaken your natural vitality, explore new possibilities, and embody lasting change, so you can move through life feeling grounded, open, and fully alive.
