I use a person centered approach to provide interventions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Perspective, SandTray Therapy, and Play Therapy to aid anxiety, depression, anger management, chronic illness, low self-esteem, relationship issues, codependency, child behavior issues, and family conflict.
