I am Rachel Brohammer, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 6 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults work through their stressors and challenges and discover their own inner strength. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, anger, child therapy, and stress management. I graduated from The University of Texas-Tyler, earning my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and have worked in a variety of settings at multiple levels of care.
My approach to therapy is person-centered (PCT), and I combine cognitive-behavioral (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and trauma-focused therapy (T-FC) elements to best meet each individual's needs.
