I'm a queer, nonbinary, and neurodivergent therapist specializing in serving LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks. Clients come to me to explore identity, process trauma, manage stress and burnout, cultivate a more neutral or positive relationship with their body, and so much more. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for all the parts of you to show up and feel held exactly as they are. My work is grounded in social justice, consent-based practice, and centering the wisdom of lived experience. I collaborate with clients to cultivate a therapeutic relationship that supports growth through compassion, curiosity, and deeply felt care.

Clients describe my style as warm, engaged, and creative. My work draws from IFS (parts work), neurobiology, somatics, narrative therapy, and attachment theory. Alongside talk therapy, I invite in expressive art, mindfulness, movement and nature-based practices to integrate embodied wisdom and healing into our work.
