I utilize a psychodynamic and relational approach with our relationship at the crux of our work together. I utilize a strength-based lens to help build self-love and self-compassion. All this combined creates a unique space for you, your goals and desires.
I believe that a therapist-client relationship where you feel seen and heard is the foundation of therapy. I create a safe space for you to be open and vulnerable in ways you might not be able to in other relationships in your life.
