Upon entering each new developmental phase of our lives, there is often a momentary pause, an unsettling of the ship as we adjust to new demands, challenges and desires (and this is true no matter our age). I often practice using a combination of expressive therapies, cognitive behavioral strategies, and mindfulness approaches to foster emotional regulation, improved mood, functioning and social connectedness. I am a registered play therapist and trained in EMDR therapy. I will draw on my clinical background to craft an individualized therapy experience.
