You may be carrying more than you can keep holding—burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, or a sense that you’re running on empty. Whether you're navigating the pressures of parenting, caregiving, performance, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, therapy offers a place to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Together, we gently explore what you've been carrying—both emotionally and in your body—so patterns can begin to shift with greater ease, resilience, and self-compassion.
My work is grounded in somatic and nervous system approaches. I integrate EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Safe and Sound Protocol, DBT, and parts work in a way that is responsive to each person's needs, capacity, and pace. I also have advanced training in perinatal mental health, adoption competency, attachment, and family transitions.
If you're ready to move beyond survival-driven patterns, therapy can help you build a more compassionate, sustainable relationship with yourself and those around you. It would be an honor to walk alongside you in that process.
