I'm Rachel Block-Stewart, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 10 years of experience supporting adults and adolescents through life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, and coping challenges. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Maryland and my Master of Science in Applied Psychology with a Counseling emphasis from Eastern Washington University.
I take a client-centered, collaborative, and insight-oriented approach, integrating trauma-informed care, mindfulness, somatic techniques, and expressive therapies to help clients meet their unique needs and goals.
