I specialize in helping women and adolescent girls find relief and hope through evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy. It’s an honor to walk alongside my clients through life’s hardest seasons, offering support, insight, and tools for lasting growth. My style is warm, real, and nonjudgmental, and I strive to make therapy a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered.
I help women and adolescents navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, perfectionism, stress, identity issues, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, empowering, and client-centered. I’m passionate about helping my clients grow into the healthiest version of themselves and discover that change is truly possible.
I offer both traditional clinical counseling and Christian counseling, based on your preferences. While faith-based therapy is my specialty, I welcome and respect clients from all backgrounds. My own faith has been the greatest source of healing and wholeness in my life, and I love offering that same hope to clients when it aligns with their values.
