About
I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults. These populations are often undergoing transitional periods and abrupt stages of change that can cause anxiety and extreme stress. Some of my particular areas of interest are: grief, loss, relationships, trauma, attachment, depression, anxiety, substance use, grief, OCD, relationship conflict, and adjustment difficulties. I am EMDR certified and enjoy using this treatment approach to heal clients. Additionally, I enjoy treating athletes and people in the performance industry.
I have a strong passion for helping others find their sense of purpose and meaning, and will do so through the appropriate therapeutic approach such as psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, and strengths perspective, to name a few. I have recently completed the first EMDR training and find this work to be extremely powerful with clients.
I would love to listen to you and guide you through this healing process. You do not need to go through life's stressors alone, please reach out!
