Let me tell you a bit about my background: I have chosen this profession later in life, much of my own life has been struggle after struggle of past trauma and healing. In this, I am able to understand much of what others go through in their own life! I am a licensed mental health therapist and have been working in this field for the past 6 years.
My expertise includes working with children and adults who have suffered trauma, complex trauma and neglect. I can help couples thrive in their current relationship as well. Additionally, I specialize in addressing depression, anxiety, ADHD, sexual trauma, past substance use, attachment related issues, relationship issues and spiritual issues.
