Welcome! I am currently accepting new individual clients and couples for goal-oriented psychotherapy. My focus and training surrounds healing both internal and external relationships. By learning to connect to yourself, you can then connect to other people in a true and meaningful way. With Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), a research-supported couples treatment, and Internal Family Systems Therapy(IFS), a research-supported individual treatment, we will learn to understand the heart of internal and external messages, freeing you to live a connected and peaceful life.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialty training in both couples therapy and Parts work. I use EFT and IFS to assist with creating positive dynamics both inside of yourself and within your relationships. We will dive into your emotional experiences and learn to understand the messages they are giving us.
