Groups
Yoga for Anxiety - Virtual
6-week virtual group designed to help individuals manage anxiety through movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and practical coping skills. Each 90-minute session will combine gentle yoga, nervous system regulation techniques, psychoeducation, and evidence-based strategies to help participants better understand the mind-body connection and reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety. Participants will learn: Breathing techniques to calm the nervous system; Poses that promote relaxation and grounding; Mindfulness practices to reduce worry and increase present-moment awareness; Coping skills for managing anxious thoughts and emotions; Tools to support long-term emotional wellness. No yoga experience required, all levels welcome.
