I believe relationships are the most important aspect of our lives. They shape our experiences, influence our emotions, and contribute significantly to our overall well-being. My passion lies in helping women heal and strengthen their relationships with both their selves and others. My practice focuses on creating a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore root causes of their struggles, connect to their intuition, and foster a deeper understanding of themselves and their connection with others. I believe that once we can understand the “why,” we are more empowered to create positive change in our lives.
I work with women experiencing issues including: relationship concerns, sexuality, sexual shame, anxiety, spiritual trauma, and women's issues. I have a warm and playful approach to therapy that allows my clients to feel safe and accepted. I value my clients as the experts in their own lives and work to identify their unique strengths and inner wisdom.
Above all, I view therapy as a relationship. I come from a place of empathy, vulnerability, and a genuine desire to understand people’s lived experiences. I believe that one of the most important factors in achieving the healing that you desire is to find a therapist who you genuinely connect and feel safe with. I look forward to meeting you :)
