I specialize in couples therapy for couples in distress, especially those with ADHD relationship dynamics. I provide couples therapy intensives, as an effective and efficient way to shift patterns. I also offer individual therapy, supporting you in life and your relationships. My goal is for you to be able to apply our work to your everyday reality.
My specialty in couples therapy has been forged by exclusively working with couples and training in gold-standard models to help couples find relief from gridlock and stagnation. My couples therapy intensives are $300 per hour, and 15 hours (over 3 days). I offer a limited number of intensives per year at a pay-what-you're-able rate to support making private therapy accessible to all. I don't accept insurance but offer a superbill for individual clients in Massachusetts.
