I am so happy that you are here and considering the next step to healing and recovery! I am an LCSW with over 14 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in case management roles, crisis intervention, managed care and outpatient settings. Through some of my own life experiences with grief and loss and traumatic events, I have come to see the benefit of both positive and negative life events. All of those experiences have challenged me and helped me to grow both spiritually and mentally. In some of my most vulnerable times, I appreciated and noticed the life changing power of a listening ear
I offer adolescents and adults an individualized and strengths-based approach and incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. My clients usually seek treatment to manage challenges related to symptoms of anxiety and depression, suicidal ideations, childhood trauma, and psychosis. I also assist couples to build strong and healthy relationships.
