In my Mindfulness Practice I want to meet you where you are at. In order to build capacity and feel safe on this journey, I believe that a strong partnership between us will deepen the work and your experience. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques dependent on the person and situation as each are unique.
If listening and holding empathetic space is not reaching the deeper wounds you carry, I also provide Somatic Experiencing (SEP), Touch Skills for Therapists (TST), and Alchemical Alignment (AA). As our mind begins to awaken so does our body. Together we will learn how to listen to your body and allow It to guide your healing.
