When I am accepting clients, my approach to therapy is gentle but direct. I work to support but also push and challenge my clients. I want you to know I care but I also want to make sure you have what you need to work on whatever brings you to therapy. Therapy works best if you find a therapist who you can trust so I work to be authentic and transparent.
I work with individuals on topics such as depression, anxiety, or trauma & other struggles such as faith transitions and grief. I also work with couples issues such as communication, intimacy & parenting. I have worked extensively with secret sexual behaviors, such as porn use and infidelity & the associated betrayal trauma.
