In my 18 years as a therapist, I’ve helped people with issues like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, autism, ADHD, C-PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, and other issues. Over the past 5 years, I’ve helped teens and adults explore the possibility that they may be neurodiverse—have autism, ADHD, or both. I can promote understanding with loved ones and mutual healing from past misunderstandings.
Undiagnosed autistic adults can have multiple misdiagnoses & feel alienated in therapy due to overlapping symptoms & lack of therapist awareness of brain differences. I love to help find the truth, bring clarity & provide neuro-affirming care!
