Rachel Ann Dine, LPC, LMHC, Licensed Professional Counselor in Chesapeake
Hi Ladies. Have you had a repeat cycle of relationship struggles, either feeling like you choose unhealthy partners or inadvertently accepting poor treatment? Been the eternal over achiever, extreme caregiver, or "people pleaser" which in turn causes you to be stressed and overwhelmed? Emotionally drained but not sure why AND how to change it? My practice is geared towards helping women, just like you, overcome these experiences and live a life that is authentic to you! Women and our lives are very complex, and if you identify with any of the above, I am here to serve you and help you find inner peace.
I specialize in women's mental health, but have been helping men and women take charge of their lives for over 10 years now and am passionate about going on the therapeutic journey. Be nurtured in the most empathetic of ways while learning to reconnect with yourself and renew your spirit. You ARE worth it!

Rachel Ann Dine's Groups

Creative Therapy Art Group-Accepting New Members!

Sometimes art is the only way we feel comfortable in expressing ourselves. Not an artist?! Not a problem. Creative Therapy is a healing arts group for individuals that may struggle with verbalizing hurts and struggles all through creating meaningful (yet simple and relatable!) art projects. Perfect for the novice artist or professional artist. There is no judgment here and everyone is an artisan in their own right! We will work on weekly art projects that convey feelings, with an open discussion on the meaning behind each project. 6 week group cycle that meets weekly, supplies included in weekly rate.
