I specialize in helping women feel more genuine (inner) peace, tame anxious thoughts, & create healthy, reciprocal relationships. I offer a subset speciality in relationship health (creating healthy romantic relationships, healing from domestic & familial abuse, and increasing your sense of self-confidence). It is possible to manage anxious thoughts and feel empowered. I've helped many women achieve their goals & look forward to meeting you!
Using a holistic, down to earth approach to women's mental health, I take into consideration mind, body, & spirit to help you create more self-confidence, learn skills for anxiety management, and make healthy decisions that work for you in YOUR life. I offer an expertise in providing trauma informed, supportive therapy for healing from relationship abuse.
