I work with women identifying individuals that are looking for support in their personal and/or professional lives. Sometimes my clients are amidst a transition — starting college, beginning or ending a relationship, changing jobs, or becoming a parent. Others are feeling stuck or struggling with their friendships, partnerships, family dynamics, or careers. I believe that effective therapy happens when the client and therapist have an authentic, trusting relationship, and the client is invested in their healing. I strive to create a space that meets your unique needs using curiosity, empathy, and humor.
I practice trauma-informed care and believe that you are the expert in your own wellbeing. My approach to therapy addresses the need for both long-term change and short-term relief from suffering. We might explore how your past experiences inform your present self and investigate the ways that your relationships, both past and present, have shaped you.
