Being diagnosed with a serious or life-limiting illness can be a destabilizing experience for individuals and their loved ones. I have years of experience working with individuals and families facing serious and/or terminal illnesses, including cancer. I have training in grief & bereavement work and also have experience working with caregivers, whether you are a healthcare worker by profession or caring for a loved one experiencing serious illness. I am passionate about helping people who need an extra layer of support navigate their new roles and challenges.
You can expect a safe place to share difficult feelings in a judgement free and supportive atmosphere. My approach is to meet you where you are, while harnessing your innate strengths and supports, to help you cope and feel grounded during difficult transitions.
