It’s from that foundation that we work together to bring truth and healing into your life.
Although my counseling style is eclectic, I often draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Restoration Therapy. I specialize with adolescent and adult individuals and am passionate in working with a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions.
