My experience has included working with a wide variety of issues including addiction, depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, chronic mental illness, emotional disturbances and relationship issues. My therapeutic focus is client-centered while I incorporate Mindfulness, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt and Emotionally Focused treatment approaches.
