I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist (Level 3), who cares deeply about helping people heal, become their best selves, achieve their goals and improve their relationships. I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space, where you will feel heard, seen and accepted. As your therapist, I will collaborate with you in the work that we do together.
I specialize in therapy for relational trauma; self-confidence/self-esteem issues, depression and anxiety; singles, dating and relationship therapy/coaching; and therapy for divorce and breakups. I am located in Arizona, however, I am licensed in the states of Arizona, Nevada, New Hampshire and Maryland and can work with clients from those states.
I am certified in IFS, I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), and basic training in IFIO (IFS couples therapy) and EMDR. I see adult individuals only, however, I use my training and past experience as a couples therapist to help individuals in relationships, and can collaborate with your couples therapists as needed.
