I provide therapy for children and adults aged 5-65. I use a combination of mindfulness, CBT, DBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy in my work, but ultimately I believe in letting my clients be the driver of their therapy. I want to help people learn the skills to make their lives a little easier and to help them get rid of the weight they are carrying on their shoulders.
