I am here to assist you in processing the shit you are going through while helping you learn to manage your thoughts and regulate your emotions. When we work together, our aim is to help you embrace and celebrate your uniqueness, while empowering you to take control of your life in a positive way. As we collaborate, we will identify recurring patterns that hold significance in your experiences. From there, you will gain moments of insight that will prepare you to break free from those unwanted cycles.
I've worked closely with individuals who have grappled with addiction, emotional dysregulation, and low self-esteem. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy we will begin to examine and understand the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. While our sessions matter, the real test is applying what you learn to your everyday life.
