I work collaboratively with my clients to develop a shared understanding of what brings them to therapy, and I help clients identify their strengths to achieve success. In this busy world, it can be difficult to find balance, therefore I also incorporate mindfulness practices into sessions.
My style is direct, practical and relatable. I teach my clients compassion for self, coping skills, and ways to identify and communicate their needs effectively, so that they can live with authenticity and become more confident in their ability to navigate challenging situations.
