I strive to create a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to minimize parts of your experience or overexplain your cultural background—you can show up fully as you are.

We explore patterns shaped by attachment, family dynamics, and cultural narratives, while integrating mindfulness and self-compassion to deepen self-awareness and build resilience.
