Rachael welcomes you to a comforting space in a historical 1800’s home that now serves as The Wellness Arts Center. She works with ages 2 and up, offering an empathetic environment to work through emotional needs, behavioral strategies, skill building, and identity exploration.
Rachael is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist with 15+ years of experience. She is certified as a Parent Child Interaction Therapist (ages 2-6) and also offers trauma-focused care, cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and meditation.
Evening sessions are open for booking and Rachael is available to discuss how therapy might be helpful for you. Counseling is currently self-pay only, which means more privacy for you, and no need for a diagnosis for services to be approved.
