I specialize in working with women, young adults, and adolescents struggling with anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and difficult relationship dynamics. Many of the young adults I work with are navigating overwhelming stress or transitions, intrusive thoughts, relationship anxiety, or feeling emotionally drained.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive while also helping woman and young adults build practical tools they can use outside of sessions. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood without judgment and able to openly process emotions, relationships, stressors, and personal challenges at their own pace.
