With over 25 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, I provide individual and family therapy in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. I specialize in working with adolescents, college students, and adults in order to navigate identity struggles, relationship issues, emotional regulation, life transitions, and trauma recovery.
My therapy style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I integrate a range of evidenced-based modalities tailored to your unique needs- including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and Exposure and Response therapy (ERP) for OCD, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
