We’ll look at the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and build practical tools to help you feel more confident and in control.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. We’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect, and interrupt the cycles that keep you anxious or discouraged.
